What’s included in the venue hire price?
Every venue rate includes AV equipment, setup and takedown, cleaning, and on-site staffing. Liverpool Street additionally includes balcony use. Catering and drinks packages are charged separately, and all prices exclude VAT.
Can I tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely. Email [email protected] and we’ll arrange a walk-through of Liverpool Street at a time that suits you.
Can the menus be customised for dietary requirements?
Yes. All of our food suppliers are local sustainable London businesses, and most packages already include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you need something more bespoke, our events team will work with our suppliers to build a menu around your guests.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for evening events. December and Q4 dates go fast. Get in touch and we’ll confirm availability in 24 hours.
Is there a minimum spend?
Venue hire is charged either by the hour or as a full-day rate, with no separate minimum spend on food and drink. Catering minimums apply per package. We’ll confirm everything in your quote.
What kind of events do you host?
Product launches, sales kick-offs, thought-leader panels, networking nights, end-of-year celebrations, private dinners, screenings, workshops, off-sites. If it has people, food and a need to impress, we can host it.
When is the venue available?
Liverpool Street is available for hire from 6pm onwards, which makes it ideal for evening events: launches, panels, receptions and parties.
