What’s the minimum commitment?
Private offices start at flexible monthly terms. Customized team suites typically run 6 months or longer. We’ll match the timeline that works for your team — not the other way around.
What’s included in the rent?
Everything you’d otherwise hire someone to handle: furniture, high-speed WiFi, meeting rooms, barista coffee, IT support, mail and package handling, daily cleaning, 24/7 access, and the community itself.
Can I tour the space before signing?
Yes — book a tour and we’ll show you around 25 Kent, including the new wing, the rooftop, and the amenity floors. Usually takes about 20 minutes.
Can I scale up as my team grows?
That’s the whole point. Add desks, take an extra office, or move into a customized suite when the time comes. We’ve helped teams grow from 4 people to 40 without leaving the building.
Can I access other Mindspace locations?
Yes — Mindspace members can drop into our locations across 7 countries, including New York, Miami, San Francisco, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and Tel Aviv.
Is the space available 24/7?
Yes. Members have round-the-clock access to their floor and shared amenities, every day of the year.
Is the space dog-friendly?
Yes — we love a well-mannered office dog. Just register them with the front desk on your first day.
