The Lounge is available for private events after 5 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. During business hours, it serves as the shared lounge for Mindspace members.
Yes! Booking both spaces together gives you capacity for up to 275 guests in cocktail configuration. Our team can help plan the flow between the two spaces.
Every booking includes beautifully designed spaces, AV and conference technology, a dedicated event coordinator, host and onsite team, professional pre- and post-event cleaning, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water service.
Yes, there is on-site paid parking available in the Wanamaker Building. The garage entrance is accessible from Juniper Street.
Mindspace Philadelphia is located in the historic Wanamaker Building at 100 E Penn Square, directly across from City Hall. Suburban Station is a 9-minute walk and Jefferson Station is 10 minutes away. The building is also easily accessible by bus and rideshare.
